How Does the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Work?
Connexxa Networks is confident in the value of their products that there is a 30-day product money-back guarantee policy in effect on first time product orders.
This means that if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a first time product purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days from the order invoice date.
Refund will not apply to services rendered by third parties such as setup fees, domain registrations, website builder, SSL certificates, disaster & recovery suite and dedicated servers unless a similar policy is in place with their respective companies.
While the majority of our customers are thoroughly pleased with their purchases and subscriptions, not every product works the same for everyone.
This product money back guarantee applies to any first time order for a consumable product that you have not previously ordered.
How to Apply for a Refund.
Contact the Canadian Customer Service Department by opening a ticket in your account portal. Provide them your customer identification number, and the reason you want to return the product.
Why you wish to cancel a product is solely your reason as this is a no-questions asked policy.
You will be given a cancelation date when your subscription will be no longer accessible. However, unless already deleted by you, we will keep your date for an additional 30 days should you change your mind and re-subscribe again for the same product.
Once your subscription is effectively canceled you will receive a refund for the products, plus any sales tax, in the same manner that you used for the original purchase, such as a credit or debit card.
There is no refund for setup fees, domain registrations, website builder, SSL certificates and disaster & recovery suite unless a similar policy is in place with their respective companies.
Please note that a completed refund transaction may take up to 30 days after effective cancellation.
